Consultation extension for the Anaerobic Digestion Plant

TAMAR Energy have submitted a planning application to Nottinghamshire County Council Planning for an Anaerobic Digestion Plant  next to the new Country Park.

Vernon and your local Labour Councillors object to an anaerobic digestion plant on Gedling Colliery.

- The scale, activity and noise would have a detrimental impact on the outstanding Country Park currently being developed

- Will generate heavy traffic which will have to use Arnold Lane, adversely affecting local residents

- Spare capacity at Anaerobic Digestion Plant currently in operation at Colwick Ind. Estate

 

Nottinghamshire county Council have now agreed to a request from Vernon, Cllr John Clarke and Cllr Michael Payne, to extend the deadline of the consultation until the 21st November 2014 giving residents more time to get their views heard.
