If you are getting in touch about an issue related to the services provided by Gedling Council, including matters such as street cleaning, council housing, planning and parking, you may find that your elected local ward Councillor will be best placed to assist you in the first instance. You can find out who your local Councillors are here.
Please be aware that it is not within Vernon's remit to intervene in private disputes, such as those between neighbours, between an employer or employee and individual consumer complaints, or to intervene in outstanding legal matters, and court decisions.
When getting in touch it would be most helpful if you could please make sure you include your full name, home address, contact number as well as any relevant reference numbers (e.g. National Insurance code or Home Office reference). Please also be aware that strict parliamentary protocol dictates that Members of Parliament may only deal with enquiries and cases on behalf of their own constituents.
