Vernon was invited by the group to discuss society's negative perceptions of young people. The group of young people are part of the RU? Youth Volunteering Project who are setting up their own film project to challenge negative perceptions that often surround today's youth.

RU? Youth Volunteering Project is run by the Gedling CVS and funded through the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership. Jo Crowther heads up this project and is planning a week of volunteering in the October half-term. Vernon will be going along to meet more young people and take part!
